Richard TOFFOLET is the Technical and Industrial Strategy Director at ESR, the main WEEE take-back system in France. He is also President of the WEEELABEX Organization, running the European accredited scheme for WEEE operators audits.
Alumnus of the "Ecole Polytechnique" and graduated of the "Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées", he previously worked for the French Ministry of the Environment, Equipment and Transport and as Corporate Technical and R&D Director for the Sita Group, one of the French leaders in waste services.
His career has been mainly focused on public services, waste business and innovation.
